Valley Air were engaged to replace a broken motor in an existing duct system over a decade old installed by another company in a large house and upgrade the operating system to current wifi . They have been exceptional from quoting to delivery installation. The inital quote was provided with explanation and clear experience and the communication between technicians at installation impressive. All experiences we have had by phone and in our home have been worthy of praise. No issues poblem solving, polite,lwell presented and knowledgeable. It has been an uplifting experience knowing quality providers exist with professionalism and knowledge. It is very difficult these days to find employees who, when left to their job at customers homes, do what's been agreed essentially expected as a service. They truly have exceptional staff and it shows in the standard of work they provide. Exceptional!!

There are a multitude of air con businesses around, but Valley Air have been exceptional each time we have used them in the past 14 months. The technicians we have had come to our home have been worthy of praise. Problem solving, polite, conversational, well presented and communicative. I can’t praise their capabilities and professionalism enough. It’s tough these days to find employees who, when left to their own devices at customers homes, that will represent everything the business that employs them, wants of them. The back office systems and efficient admin staff have also been quite exceptional. Each time their follow through and discussions & flexibility with matching up days for technicians to attend and get the job done, has been fantastic. Five stars!!

Valley air conditioning fully replaced our 25 year old ducted AC system 3 weeks ago. We couldn’t be happier. Finally, we can be comfortable in any room of our house again. 10/10. Would highly recommend their services. Thank you.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more! From my initial inquiry, through to the prompt and focused on-site inspection, to the comprehensive, concise quotation, the sales process, led by Hayden, was seamless. We had sourced other quotations for replacement of our ducted a/c system. Confusion was the order of the day. Even though we nominated a particular manufacturer, type and model, all of the organisations provided subtle changes to our expectations - such as the previous generation of the unit, same manufacturer but “consumer level” instead of commercial standard, and other technical variances. Throw in a “free holiday” and the ability to decide on the best solution for our needs, was very confusing. Except for that provided by Maitland Electrical & Air Conditioning. We got what we wanted - straight up. The current model, technically suited to our needs and no messy gimmicks or incentives potentially muddying the water. Best price up front with realistic availability and installation timelines. The installation crew were exceptional - 4 young (but very experienced) men who arrived on site at 0700 and worked as a dedicated team till the job was completed at 1730. Even at my suggestion that vacuuming and moping the floors was not required (they had already exceeded any expectations I had), they insisted that it was part of their service. They left our home with a fully commissioned a/c system, no damage to our home and the realisation that we had made a great choice. Just had ducted air conditioning installed at out house. Andrew was prompt in the initial quote/visit. Great price compared to other quotes I got from other companies in the area. We got the Airtouch 5 system which is amazing. Andrew was very good with communication and he and his crew were here right when they said they would and got the job done in a single day. They even followed up the next day on how the unit was running. Super nice guys and did a great job. highly recommend.

Very quick to come out and quote an aircon for our bedroom. Installation was only a few weeks later which was great coming into summer. Great communication and very happy with the final product and pricing.
