Fantastic honest service and advice. We brought a wood heater from Paul to fit in with our house renovations, we were unsure on what to buy and where to fit it into our plans. Paul gave us an honest assessment of our options which allowed us to decide on location within the house and a wood heater that looks fantastic. The team at the Hot and Cold Shop were also very accommodating with providing advice to our builder on what was required to facilitate an inbuilt setup. The installation of the wood heater was spot on. I highly recommend the team at the Hot and Cold Shop.

Hot and Cold Shop were excellent to deal with. We asked for a quote, they were there within days, quote arrived and accepted. The unit was installed . Outstanding service from every team member I dealt . I live 40 minutes out of town so they all put in a great deal of time and effort. More than happy with the new fire, uses less than half the wood of previous fire.

Paul was great to deal with, the install team was well organised and unit was installed on time during our new build. Very Recommended

MCCLUSKEY HEATING & COOLING REVIEWS

We were referred to McCluskey Heating & Cooling by Adam from Frosty's Refrigeration & Airconditioning . We received a quote for an New Evaporative Cooler to replace the old Evaporative cooler on 30/7/24. Today 21st August 24 the job has been completed. Very happy from start to finish regarding the replacement. Obviously will review again when when weather gets hot enough to commence using the cooler.

We have had McCluskey Heating & Cooling do work on our home three times over the last few years now. This week they sorted out a new air-con install and the service and intall were amazing. Can't recommend enough and thank the team so much.

I had Ben come out to fix my split system today. He fixed the problem within an hour and the cost was very affordable. Thankyou to this honest reliable company for doing a great job. Much appreciated

This business has the best customer service I have received in nearly 6 years I have lived at lifestyle Shepparton .I retired in 2018 and moved to Shepparton from Canberra, I worked most of my working life in customer service so I reconise good customer service when I see it and sadly not seen much of it since I moved here until I dealt with these guys ,they are lovely people and did a great job for me both times I have used them,I have no hesitation to recommend them.

Just had my two split systems installed earlier this week. The team was friendly, professional and able to accommodate for a change in installation date due unforseen circumstances. The installation only took a few hours and the team was able to provide insightful recommendations with regards to the installation location of the systems.

Very happy with their service on my split systems, and the prices are pretty reasonable too. Will definitely use again, and recommend to others.
