I could not believe the old gas ducted system could be removed and the new ducted A/C installed in a day, but that's what happened. The whole team of guys worked so well together doing their respective parts in the process. Daryl was great to contact and have any thoughts discussed. I can't recommend Kool Air more highly for their excellent service and workmanship.

Can't complain at all from quoting to fit off , the guys were prompt and on time. Very high quality workmanship, cleaned area when work was completed. Very informative were able to answer all questions asked when enquiring about the product. Would definitely recommend to others.

From my initial enquiry everyone on the TRAC team has provided excellent prompt information and advice regarding choosing the best options for my needs. This meant a few separate units, which have provided a good performance vs cost situation, rather than one large unit. The install crew arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and professional, installed and commissioned ahead of schedule, and cleaned up after. The improvement in internal climate has been greatly appreciated.

Trac installed our Mitsubishi Heavy Industies A/C. Excellent service, deducting the VEU rebate for us, in the quote. Quote was a lot cheaper than others. Could not ask for more, a very nice friendly working crew., including the associated plumbers and sparkies. We highly reccomend this business.

I hired Dom to move my outdoor unit and service my central heating unit after reading the google reviews he had. He gave a very fair price and got the work as promised. It was very easy to work with Dom. He accommodated all my requests even when some of the plans changed last minute. He even came in on a later date when i had a question without any hesitation. Highly recommend him.

Had a great experience with Dom and his apprentice Zac, removing and old ducted gas heating and replacing it with a new electric ducted air-conditioning system. Dom organised the rebate as well. We are very happy with our new system and the service the guys provided.
