After being a smoker for 35+years I made the decision to stop. I found Heather through her website and made contact. Right from the start I felt a connection with Heather. Heather truly comes from a place of love and desire to make a difference in people lives. She shows great empathy and I never felt judged at any time threw the process. Listening to the recording I could hear her desire for me to be able to live a healthier life which I found truly inspiring. It was hard at the start to stop smoking but Heather's process just made sense to me and listening to the recording reinforced my new beliefs about myself. I am now a non smoker and love the difference that Heather has made to my life. I would definitely recommend Heather to anyone wishing to start a new journey as a non smoker. Genuinely inspiring. Thank you Heather.
