My grandmother needed new glasses. We booked in with Specsavers. We had the best experience with Maddie the optometrist. She took care of my grandma and listened to her, was patient with her. Maddie treated my grandma as if she was her own. I’m extremely grateful to her for her care and time. We also had another lady Bridie, she was helpful in choosing out new frames for my grandma and again she was patient, caring and informative. I’m extremely grateful for the lovely people you have at Specsavers Devonport. Made the experience a great one. Thank you!

OPSM Devonport is very nice store with professional staffs. Cute and professional Lucy did a very good job. She is very thoughtful and careful and answered all my questions professionally. The lay served me at front is vey polite, cute and professional. Thank you.

Ian is very professional.extremly knowlegable he shares his knowledge that easy to understand and has the best friendly manner. Only thing I didn't like that you ask for a 50 % deposit without making this common knowledge. This could and would be a source of embarrassment for some customers if they didn't have the money when they place an order. ( It was lucky that I transferred enough money into my general account the week before.) Previously one payed when one picked up their goods.

Absolutely amazing and friendly staff and the optromist I saw was brilliant I hate eyes and he made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend Devonport Eyecare . Amazing.

Friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions, and put in some ideas of their own….. so happy.
