I would love to commend the service and attention I received today from the Manager at the Bathurst office. This lady should be used as an example of customer service by the NRMA and I promise that all the frustration felt by customers left dangling on the end of the phone would disappear in a moment. Thank you for your professionalism and genuine attention and desire to solve a situation, rather than patronising customers as is often the case.

Customer Service was warm,friendly and welcoming. If you need Insurance go to NRMA. Good helpful service with a great crew.
