Happy, welcoming, fun classes, especially great for oldies like me. Particularly love the Chair Yoga classes, Pilates and Beat It Maintenance classes as well as Virtual Yoga for Stiffies. I really appreciate being able to access the Virtual/Zoom classes for those like me who don’t live in Bathurst. My aging body says ‘Thank You’ to all the great dedicated teachers.
Demi and Liz have been awesome for Sam after having his chest rebuilt! They've been wonderful ringing to check up on him to make sure he is doing his homework they've set him and make him feel very comfortable during his physio sessions. They've also increased his confidence in his recovery so much. I highly recommend them.
Love them for the amazing support, Liz Sh for strenght exercise, Liz Sc for stretching and Demi for her special leg strengthing that enabled this well over 70 to do "really well" in this years City2Surf ... thank you all so much.

Highly recommended Yoga Class and the Yoga Retreat with Pranayoga Bathurst. I’ve been to couple of the retreat with Jan Green the Leader/ Yogis ( was on Nepal & Bhutan Yoga Retreat 2018 and Ubud Retreat 2019) and it was a wonderful experience, I feel more enlightened and balanced. I am so blessed and excited to my future...soo looking forward to my next journey! Love every experience with Pranayoga Bathurst.
I just recently completed one of Jan’s retreats and I feel very blessed to have such an amazing yoga teacher who is so skilled in guiding a beautiful practice. Jan’s yoga encompasses the whole person and is so empowering. The accommodation is always excellent and the food nourishing and delicious. I am planning to go on many more in the future years.

Keith is the Studio Owner and yoga and pilates Teacher of the Breathe DMC Studio. They offer yoga and meditation programs to help maintain Mindfulness, Resilience, and Effectiveness in life. They offer over 40 Group Classes each week; most are live-streamed via Zoom. The studio also offers personal training/coaching in building body strength, mobility, and posture. The instructions were easy to follow. They are very approachable. For their first-time students, they have beginner classes and personal one-to-one coaching sessions.

Great studio and instructors. The studio is very tranquil and clean. Very comfortable to practice yoga Pilates in such nice environment. Keith and Ann are both very teachers. The instructions were easy to follow. They are very approachable and have a great sense of humour. Really enjoy the Pilates on the reformer. Already feeling stronger after 2 classes.
Wonderful place. Doing my Yoga 3x a week with 2 different teachers. Geoff and Keith are wonderful and very supportive. Is a good place to be!
Love, love, love. A holistic approach with care from the awesome teachers and great equipment. Good for the body and soul.
