Keith is the Studio Owner and yoga and pilates Teacher of the Breathe DMC Studio. They offer yoga and meditation programs to help maintain Mindfulness, Resilience, and Effectiveness in life. They offer over 40 Group Classes each week; most are live-streamed via Zoom. The studio also offers personal training/coaching in building body strength, mobility, and posture. The instructions were easy to follow. They are very approachable. For their first-time students, they have beginner classes and personal one-to-one coaching sessions.
