Fantastic place to stop for some lunch and a wander around the various buildings filled with Australian history. The staff there are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to look after you. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It seems you can also camp there by the river for free, but we were just passing through.

We spent a lovely morning roaming around the 'town' and met a few of the 'locals'. It was a real step back in time with many facets of the local history. The people were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Loved it!

Enjoyed our first Hookup this year. Great environment and facilities. Good was great. Maybe a little more entertainment for the kids. Also the Sunday night needs to be capped at 830pm.. dragged on a bit. I feel if it was presented a bit differently the audience would have been engaged more, resulting in more clapping for prize winners. Over all, can't wait until next year!

Great community Event. Australia's biggest fishing compitition. The town comes alive with fishermen, woman and children from all around Australia. Great entertainment and food stalls as well. There is a courtesy bus provided for this event to get you to and from the park which sits right up against the beautiful Boyne Island River.

Great family event, nice vibe - heaps of prizes. Good deals on Garmin sounders and gamakatsu merch.

Library was great as always. I like to share their wifi for updates....lol.
