Phenomenal gym…wonderful welcoming environment …top notch instruction…I’ve trained at a lot of different gyms over thirty years of martial arts and I’ve been at C4 for ten…Chris Helback is an exceptional Coach who keeps on getting better in his ability to teach. I couldn’t recommend a place to train Brazilian Jiujitsu and Mixed Martial Arts more.

5stars isn’t enough! If I could give more I would! Head Coach Chris and his team provide the best detail of techniques anywhere near Coffs! I trained there for years and it was phenomenal; great vibe, hard workouts, insane detail, you feel part of the Club straight away - highly recommended.

Googled best açai bowl in Coffs and it took me to see Chris and the crew. After 4 years… still no tasty bowl. I hope these jits lessons will lead to the ultimate recipe.

Sir James and the team at Kinetic Martial Arts at Moonee go above beyond to provide excellent training experiences. The Dojang is immaculate and well presented. Would highly recommend this family friendly activity for anyone looking to begin or continue their martial arts journey. - Delia W

I highly recommend this BJJ gym. I recently moved from Sydney and was wondering what level of Jiu jitsu Coffs Harbour would have to offer. To my surprise I found two of my old training partners from the Goldcoast JP and Felipe. Both black belts are very knowledgeable, patient and overall good people. They teach a very traditional style of BJJ. Having worked in security I can tell you that BJJ works extremely well as an offensive and defensive form of combat. My only regret is that I didn't start training BJJ sooner.

have a 5 year old daughter that loves to go to ju-jitsu. JP and Phillipe have over 30 years of experience combined. They are really welcoming and have created a wonderful environment for my daughter to explore the possibilities this sport can offer. They make it fun while maintaining the fundamentals and traditions of the sport. I would highly recommend any one of any age to check it out. These guys are the real deal.
