GBHV is the jewel in the crown of local martial arts, from the fun and inclusive kids classes to the Beginner fundamentals and finishing with the technical advanced classes. The Professors (Black belts) and coaches (Certified brown belts and below) are highly trained and focused on an inclusive family friendly environment with a goal of creating a strong team. Love this place.

My daughters have been training at GBHV for 3 years. Professor Gene, Coach Karen and the team make every person who comes through the doors feel welcome. The girls can’t imagine the thought of training anywhere else or missing a day. The skills they’ve gained go so far beyond the awesome training, they have become stronger, more resilient and capable young girls and a massive part of that is thanks to GBHV. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Excellent training for kids through to adults. Family friendly environment. Positive , Quality, Professionalism.

So stoked to have found the perfect gym! So friendly and welcoming, trainers are awesome, classes challenge and motivate you whatever your fitness level. You’re not just another membership number here. My 11 month old son loves the crèche they run in the mornings, the ladies that run it are fantastic. I thought getting back into exercise after time off would be horrible, but I’ve honestly enjoyed every minute. I have found my happy place :) Highly recommend.

Great gym, helpful friendly staff and a larger variety of classes and workout types than most gyms. Great for someone looking for something a little more personal.

Super friendly environment, great price and well set out. I was made feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door.
