Your kindness and beautiful soft manner is a delight to be around and I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the varied experiences that you are providing. I am enjoying witnessing my body become stronger and so much more flexible and my heart is becoming braver every day.

Wow, Wow and Wow. What a great day. The room was full of love and care. I forgot how important it is to connect with like minded souls. So thank you for bringing your dream to fruition. I don't think anything could have been done better and I look forward to seeing what you have in store for us next.

Thankyou for a great Workshop Fy. I came away reassured I am doing lots of the right things, more resourced to do more good things, and more able to support friends going thru this part of their lives. Also to be honest a bit disappointed with many health professionals still not joining the dots for their patients to come up with some alternate possibilities as the cause for their symptoms. Content was great.

Maitland Yoga Studio has a really lovely vibe when you go there. Plus the Yoga and Yin classes are great and easy to keep up with, no matter what your yoga experience is. There is always an alternate pose to suit your ability, which makes me feel very comfortable. My Most Favourite class is the Yin and Sound Healing which is usually a monthly or bi-monthly event. These classes leave you feeling so open and relaxed at the same time. Amazing.

A magical date night organised by hubby I totally recommend this Yin Yoga experience of extended stretches,relaxation and meditation accompanied by beautifully soothing instruments.Thankyou Harry and Lucinda for providing a friendly,zen,atmosphere.We look forward to the next one.

Started a beginner series last week. Feel like I need a beginner series for taking on the beginner series to be honest. Very unfit & inflexible but I did feel less achy after the class. Hoping that the remainder of the series sets me up to take on regular classes (or maybe Harry will allow me to do the beginner series again if I am still not ready for grown up classes.

I used to work with one of the trainers way back at Woolies! This place is exceptionally positive. Recently, I trained with Kye here, and all he had to say was, "You got this," and it carried me through the week. Be patient looking for a park. There's a reason the place is busy.

Genesis Maitland is a great gym. There's heaps of equipment to choose from, it's clean and there are some great classes (especially Reformer Pilates). A special thank you to Alex and the team for their excellent customer service.

Maitland site is an excellent facility. They have recently updated and added a host of new and additional equipment. The facility is large and spacious to cater to the high volume that attend. They run several classes and group fitness. Happy long term member for years and highly recommend.
