Purchased my Mattress years ago with Mattress Studio. Was locally made in Darwin for the tropical environment. After speaking with Maroup recently, I found out my mattress can be reconditioned by the local manufacturer slumbercorp NT instead of buying a new one. Cost and service was outstanding. Same day service to rebuild your mattress. Pick up and return delivery Wow… Highly recommended 5 Service the good old way. Thank you.

Our company purchased 6 mattresses, headboards and bases from Mattress Studio to furnish a corporate house. Two of the mattresses did not work out and they gladly worked with us to resolve the issue. We were helped by Tania, we spent so much of her time considering the different bed frame and mattresses and she was so patient about it. She is not pushy at all when it comes to the sales and very knowledgeable to what we would be suitable for us. She even gave my restless toddler a ballon to settle him… The excellent customer service didnt stop there! When they deliver the bed the next day as we did buy the floor stock as it was the last of it, they didnt fully dismantle the whole bed, they took 2 trips and dismantle so little that it is so easy for us to put it back together! I love the design and quality of the bed frame they have and the price is pretty reasonable… i wish we knew this place sooner.

Absolutely fantastic service here. Bought beds and bases from here 3 times over the years now, always been excellent quality too and never had anything other than first class service. Head down to see Lloyd and his son Lachlan, they will look after you. Absolutely highly recommended. These guys are awesome.

Edward at 40 Winks provided an outstanding experience during our recent mattress purchase. He was incredibly helpful while also respecting our need for time alone to discuss our preferences without any pressure, making the entire process low stress and enjoyable. When we received the invoice, the price was significantly less than quoted. Concerned it might be a mistake, I asked Edward to double-check. He confirmed it was indeed an error, took full accountability, and sincerely apologised. To acknowledge our honesty in bringing the mistake to his attention, he arranged for a complimentary king-size mattress protector, which effectively covered the price difference. I highly respect Edward for his professionalism in admitting and correcting the error and his authenticity in appreciating our honesty. We had a problem with our new Tempura mattresses. Whilst the manufacturer declined to help the store replaced the mattresses to their full value. Service above and beyond done with courtesy and consideration. This was a stand out from our usual experiences with service in Darwin. A big thank you.

Friendly and helpful staff, assistance was excellent from looking to delivery, had an issue with the contracted delivery team which was sorted out very quickly by store staff. Would recommend.
