After purchasing an add on for our lounge and realising the colour is completely different to the rest of the lounge, we returned it the next day and had a wonderful experience with all the staff especially Angela. Cannot thank her enough for how lovely, helpful and professional she was.

Great service from the team today. Although, they orignally sold me a mirror that they did not have in stock, I was very happy that they went the extra mile and was still able to get me the same mirror on the same day. Thank you so much team.

First time walking in to the store today and was immediately happy! Staff were super helpful and greeted me with a morning and a smile.. walked to where I needed to look and staff was right there to help.. Prices are amazing, furniture looks fantastic. Brad C was so helpful and friendly.. even if I was so unsure.. it was so easy to purchase what I needed..in and out within 10 minutes.. Will definitely be coming back for more.

Thanks to Amart especially, Sarah, Kay and Glen for the great service in meeting a warranty claim and facilitating the easy replacement chairs for a lounge. Delivery today with the chairs assembled and the old (very heavy) lounge taken away. It is always a sign of a good company when it meets warranty obligations without argument. It is much appreciated. We will return as ongoing customers
