My personnel experience at Abbey House has always been a good one, I have worked here since 2014 as a nurse assistant and i now have an Admin Role. Makes me sad to read negative reviews. We have not had better management team than we do right now. We have very caring staff from our kitchen, cleaners etc, nurses, RNs right through to our Management. I would bring any of my family members into the Abbey if ever i needed to. I also wouldn't want to work any where else. All our residents are happy well cared for and safe here at the Abbey

I apologise for this late review, however I would like to thank the wonderful management and staff for their care and duty to my late Aunt. We had her transferred to Abbey house from another establishment that she was always complaining about. The transfer went ahead and so did Aunt, we could walk into the room and once again see the bright smiling face that had been lost at the previous village. Once again thank you for making her last period of life as happy as one could hope for, you are all angels to us.

The most extraordinary care by the kindest, most compassionate staff anywhere. The Abbey is always spotlessly clean and the staff do everything in their power to provide wonderful outings and entertainment for the residents.Donna is just so compassionate and goes above and beyond in her care for the residents and their families. Very grateful that my mother is there.

My Dad was in Harbison Moss Vale for approximately 6 months before he passed away. The place and the staff are incredible, the process to get Dad in was straight forward and transparent, the place is super clean, warm and comfortable. They have a gym, hairdresser, cafe , library and gardens, the overall facilities are really well designed. Dr Watson, who attends the nursing home on a weekly basis, is the perfect doctor for the job, caring and listening whilst making sure care is in place. The truth is it is never easy to put a parent in a nursing home but the team at Harbison Moss Vale made it as easy as it could be. For Dad, he was warm, well feed, looked after by a team of doctors, nurses, physios and others until the very end.

One of the best Aged Care Facilities I have ever seen and I have visited a fair few. I wish I had placed my mum & dad there, not that there was anything wrong with were they were, just that this place is so much better.

I spent 3 hrs there yesterday with a gentleman, had lunch as his guest and then had a guided tour of the home and l found it so good when l need help in my seanoure year that where l will go.

Henley Brae is tucked away in Mittagong but in a very convenient spot for easy access to shopping and restaurants. The Village is beautifully maintained with loads of open space and many facilities for use by residents including an indoor pool, gym, hairdresser and library. We are moving into a spacious 2 bedroom and study villa next week and the Manager, Kate, has been extremely helpful and happy to ensure all our concerns and needs have been met, including a secure grassed area in our courtyard for our Cavalier King Charles.Our villa has been totally remodelled and we are delighted with the standard of the fit out and the lovely big back garden we have. The Village looks modern and a pleasure to drive into - some other local villages do not look as inviting and seem cold, dated or too huge!

The grounds and buildings at Henley Brae are kept in excellent condition by their Grounds Maintenance staff, who ensure that residents enjoy the comforts of home living, without the concerns of providing ongoing maintenance or finding reliable tradespeople!

Beautiful village. I've visited a few times and everyone has always been so friendly and welcoming.
