THE SENSORY CLINIC REVIEWS

It’s a shame to hear such negative and unnecessary reviews from the client above.. There are 4 rooms in which are cleaned daily including floors mopped with appropriate hygiene products. The crash mats are whipped down with hygienic whips after every clients use, probably why they were wet, however I’d use the expression damp perhaps Interruptions.... I would rather see that my child is receiving the correct therapy from my OT if it meant a very slight interruption of a knock on the door to obtain specialised equipment needed to further my child. The staff in this practice are professional, friendly and efficient at all times, they will and have gone above and beyond for families who attend there appointments. Keep up the fabulous work you do for our children and us as parents guiding them in today’s society.

Professional and compassionate, the staff are extremely helpful and understanding.

ACTION OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY REVIEWS

Highly recommended, everyone from reception to O.Ts are wonderful. Our Teenager has been seeing Sophie and his improvement is incredible. Function has improved tenfold. Sophie thinks outside the box, and always keeps sessions interesting. There are always text reminders for appointments, and staff are always accessible to speak to. Nothing has ever been an issue. We are eternally grateful to have found Action O.T.

I can’t thank Nikki cousins enough for all the hard work she puts in for our disabled daughter and family. She has gone above and beyond and in nearly 15 years, Nikki is the first OT to finally get it right for us.

They provide a excellent service. OT is very caring and higly rcommed it.
