I have struggled with skin issues my whole life. It feels like I have tried every lotion, potion, supplement or treatment. The skin issue is the tip of the iceberg. I struggle also with anxiety, sleep quality issues, fatigue and other symptoms. I saw Justine and started an elimination diet in July and there’s been incredible improvement in my skin issues. And I’m optimistic about more positive shifts as we continue the plan. Justine is very gentle and encouraging, whilst also being incredibly comprehensive in her approach. I’m very grateful.
