Ajay and the manager (sorry I can’t remember her name) were absolutely wonderful! Ajay was knowledgeable and even took the time to teach/explain to me about the eye and what they look for etc. The manager was very friendly, helpful and thorough when I was getting fitted for a new pair of glasses. I’ve been very happy with their service, range and friendliness. I’ve already recommended them to a family member.

Have always purchased my Eye Wear and and preventative tests at our local OPSM in Bathurst. Buy local, service local, support local businesses.

OPSM Bathurst is the best for personal service, Josephine always remembers me, we have very pleasant conversations and the range of glasses is amazing.

I needed an early appointment for my driving test and was readily accommodated (they called me after a cancellation arose). Sonia was very thorough and professional, even picking up an eye issue that I have had for some time with another provider. Equipment was first class and modern also. I highly recommend Bathurst EyeQ, especially as I now don't have to travel to Teachers Health in Sydney.

Been going to Eye Q for 15 years. Friendly, attentive staff and optometrist Sonia is highly knowledgeable and has referred me promptly without hesitation when I’ve had issues. I trust her implicitly with my problematic eyes.
