All the staff members were friendly from the entry to the store a week ago, until collecting my order today. Specially who served me at different occasions. Couldn’t catch the name tags. Sorry… They gave me all the time I needed to choose my frames without any interruptions and given recommendations to pick the better one. They temporarily fixed my broken glasses till I get my new ones. Optometrist was very efficient and competent. Moreover, they were sensitive to my personal matter of having an exam and were kind enough to give a call back at the earliest when my glasses were ready. It took only 8 days for the whole process!!! Overall, I am pleased with the service and the price was reasonable compared to the other competitors. Highly recommend their service and products to anyone. Cheers.

I recently had an eye check-up with Anna, along with my 6-year-old son, and we both had an excellent experience. Anna was incredibly professional and kind, making sure my son felt comfortable throughout the process. She interacted with him at his level, making the whole appointment smooth and stress-free. I also had my own eye exam, and Anna was just as thorough and professional. On top of that, I had my 6-week-old baby with me, and she was so considerate, ensuring that I didn’t feel uncomfortable or rushed. Her warm and thoughtful approach made this such a positive experience for us. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Attended OPSM In the mall today seeking help with prescription sunglasses. One of the arms had broken. The pin had snapped. Renee was magnificent. She went above and beyond and was able to get them to a usable state with a repair. I'm incredibly happy with the service I received. Highly recommend the company and Renee.

Customer service at its best! We were really worried about a pair of broken glasses and walked into the store.. The two lovely ladies promptly assisted us and fixed them free of charge.
