Amazing staff and very helpful. I called to get a pair of prescription sunglasses replaced and the lady Dianne was so helpful. Managed to look up my details ordered my same pair and organised to send them to my remote town to save me driving all the way there for them.

They were very helpful and their high quality multifocal glasses were very reasonably priced. If you want multifocal glasses make sure you buy the best lenses as it makes a real difference.

Fantastic, friendly, honest customer service! Highly recommend the Geraldton Specsavers store.

The treatment I received from all the staff at Geraldton O.P.S.M. could not be faulted or in my opinion be bettered. The treatment over two weeks and four visits was outstanding every time. Thrilled! My wife had an appointment today (Friday 23 June) with Ms Elizabeth. She was so happy with the service from the team including Elizabeth and Jen.. She bought lovely progressive glasses for a very reasonable price but then Ms Elizabeth suggested she try contact lenses - and they were successful. I have been a customer of a national brand franchise for my glasses for over ten years and recently had a problem with glasses and as I require them to drive needed urgent attention. I rang them and was shocked to find they said they could do nothing to fit me in for over a month even though I fully explained my problem they really didn't care. So I called Specs 2-4-1 and spoke to Jodie. Wow what a difference great customer service makes. I was in in a flash got my new glass quickly and the service in store was just amazing. Lots of smiles and happy faces on both staff and customers. I also upgraded my prescription sunglasses. So I say if you need glasses and need them in a hurry there is only one place in Geraldton to head to and you will get the most amazing service. Thank you very much Jodie and the team and 2-4-1 and shame on you Spec Savers, not only did you loose me as a customer but also my wife and daughter. I little care and attention goes a very long way.

The team at Specs 241 were incredibly obliging when I called in en route from Perth to Monkey Mia a couple of months ago. My UK optician had re-tinted my prescription sunglasses way too dark for safe driving or general wear-ability and I'd just spent a month in the Australian Outback without being able to wear my sunglasses. They reduced the tint to a safe and wearable level within an hour and hey presto I could finally enjoy the remainder of my time travelling around Australia wearing my sunglasses. I had tried every optician in Darwin and Broome before finally finding Specs 2-4-1 in Geraldton. Full marks for customer service. Thank you so much.
