I have returned back to the old faithful. I have had bad experiences at leading brand stores however the team at spectacle warehouse never let me down with finding the right glasses and the best service . Always treat you well actually show they care and go out of their way to make sure the fit is right and your 100% happy. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

I have been going to the Frankston store for some years now. Dheeran has been the best!! He has been updating my prescriptions and helping me choose the right lenses and glasses. Dheeran and staff are so friendly and helpful and there are so many frames to choose from.

I experienced excellent care from all staff. Dheeran was very thorough and informative. I very much appreciated his calm approach. The choice of frames is wide and the staff very skilled in helping you decide. I highly recommend Spectacle Warehouse.

I just wanted to sincerely thanks Hamish for his genuine kindness and great customer service. One of my glass lenses dropped off and I could not see, and had walked in and greeted with a warm smile by Hamish and he asked how can he help, I told him about the fallen lenses and he said too easy, I can fix it for you. All done in less than 3 mins and no questions asked if I’m a customer or not, with no costs, Hamish just genuinely wanted to help and go above and beyond, without questioning me if i purchased the glasses there. Thank you so much for your kindness, willingness to help, and I want your great attitude to be recognised. Dropped in for a quick adjustment. Hamish was lightning fast with the adjustment and incredibly friendly. He even laughed st all my terrible jokes. Charlie was working the floor with tremendous energy. Fantastic vibe. Great store. Pay these two more please they deserve it !

Collected my glasses on Tuesday. 2nd day wearing them all I can say wow!! awesome!! Service was fantastic and fast even though I had to wait for a while when testing my eyes but overall awesome service. What a pity after I booked my glasses 2 days later received notification that Bailey Nelson is having sales! Sigh should have waited!!
