My partner Lachy and I found Stan during the lockdowns; and we, like many others (I'm sure)... Were struggling with the feeling of being trapped in a home together 24/7, it was bringing up alot having both grew up in abusive households. Stan assisted us greatly with his wisdom, tools and knowledge, we are both very grateful for our time with him; he set us on a path for success - and I'm not sure where we would have been without him. It works. My partner and I have been getting counselling from Stan for over a year and our relationship really transformed. It took time and hard work but it was worth it and we also grew spiritually as individuals. We’re happy to say that we don’t need counselling anymore and are confidently managing on our own.

We feel grateful to have found Stan several years ago. The advice and tools we learned from him back then, still keep helping us to this date. Some friends have told us they'd rather wait 'till things start falling apart to go see a marriage counsellor. I'd say, don't wait until it's maybe too late, be prompt to take action early and put in the work to fix it.

My partner and I went to Sue to work on some issues within our relationship. After a few sessions of Sue teaching us how to communicate and understand each others love language I can honestly say our relationship is stronger then even and continues to improve due to the tasks Sue had us work on (and continue to every day at home) would highly recommend Sue.

We found our counselling with Life Vision very positive. Sue listened empathetically to us and it has put our relationship in a better place going forward. We have definitely benefited from the experience. Would highly recommend to anyone needing some guidance.

Susan was great, my partner and I felt the sessions were a safe space to work through our issues. She is caring and empathic. Highly recommended.

Jo recently ran an introduction to Mindful Self Compassion for a group of women diagnosed with cancer at Counterpart. Her presence was relaxed, warm and empathic and the group responded really positively to the way she delivered the material as well as guiding us in some exercises and answering questions. Quoting one of the participants " I found her [Jo] a great example of how to have more self compassion for myself". We'll definitely invite Jo back to do more workshops for us in future.

Jo Gniels Mindfulness Workshop is a must do! I thoroughly enjoyed the recent workshop I attended. Jo has the unique ability to provide a warm and very informative space for learning more about Mindfulness and its essential place in our day. In our small group we explored what mindfulness means and how we can apply it in our life, with many benefits to follow. Thankyou Jo!

Jo has the amazing ability to meet you where you are at and is conceptual in her way of thinking. I felt a lot of compassion and empathy which made me feel more understood which means I was able to understand myself more and feel supported with love and kindness. Her intentions are very helpful and I couldn't recommend more.
