I came in with my elderly mum today to collect some parts for her hearing aids. I want to give praise to Ginny for the lovely treatment of my Mum. She took great care to ensure Mum had the right parts and also adjusted one aid. Even though she was a little pressed for time she took a few minutes to chat, which Mum so appreciates. It feels lovely to know that Mum is cared for this way. Thank you Ginny!

I have used this store a few times now and I'm always very happy with the service. The staff are friendly and helpful and I always love the 2 for one frame deal! Can't fault the service!

Great service from specsavers Albany eye test was as expected and as I live in Esperance they posted my new glasses that arrived in perfect condition so I am very happy

I can't recommend Andrew and his team highly enough. I'd recently attended for a check up and Andrew found a small tear on the edge of my retina. He then went to a huge amount of trouble to get me into a specialist. Being late in the afternoon he did an online consult with a specialist in Perth and then the next morning organised an appointment for that afternoon with a local Ophthalmologist. A true professional who shows genuine care and concern for his customers. I'm very impressed and thankful for his dedication and professional approach, an outstanding member of his profession who is highly recommended. The only opticians in Albany willing to take the time needed to ensure I had the correct type of contact lenses for my eye condition. Andrew is extremely thorough in all aspects of his work. I cannot recommend his service highly enough.

Lovely staff and business. Always so helpful and cheering, and the office is clean and calm. Optometrist's are always happy to answer questions and explain the science. Beautiful range of frames too. Very reasonable prices. Thank You Alison and Staff, you're always so wonderful!
