had the best experience, walked in and immediately greeted by a lovely soft spoken lady called deborah, then straight in to see johno who was so understanding and amazing then i sat down with courtney, who was so great explained everything so well !!! i would go back in a heart beat im so happy with my experience.

Recently caravanning through the area and had an issue with my ten day old frames. The lovely gentleman that attended to my plight. Popped my lenses into a new pair of frames and got me back on the road. Was no charge. Good country service from good country staff. Thank you.

Thankyou Albury OPSM for making the experience of getting new glasses enjoyable. Albert and Mia were fantastic and would recommend a visit to this store.

Outstanding customer service together with a caring kind team. Thank you so much Mat for going out of your way to open up on a Saturday morning to see me and then doing wonderful laser surgery to fix my eye and sight. We are so lucky to have dedicated, caring medical staff here in Albury Wodonga.

I love this clinic the staff are always friendly and happy. A very efficient system of waiting areas for the various tests needed, prior to seeing the Opthalmologist. Very happy that l swapped from another clinic in the North East.

Dr Paul Giles and his team are terrific people who really know their stuff. I’m delighted with the efficiency, friendliness and results I got from my eyelid surgery. Can’t recommend highly enough. Rod Halsted.

Just recently went into the Albury store again to get my new prescription glasses. I had the best time- the optometrist was super helpful and friendly in explaining why I needed new updated prescriptions and the other staff on the floor helped me pick up the best new styles. I also needed my current pair re-adjusted due to a loose screw which wasnt able to be fixed. Once the team had a few people try they opted to give me new frames for free that they had onsight to make up for them snapping. I was extremely happy with this and can’t recommend the store or team more!

Specsavers albury, awesome team, looked after me checked everything and made me feel number one, can't recommend enough.

Very helpful staff, just explain what you want and need and they will help in every-way they can.
