Eye Q where do I start, the team that works there are fabulous. Sonya my optometrist is very thorough she explains things that are going on with your eyes. Get your eyes looked at by the best most reliable optometrist in the region. Eye q’s prices are cheap I am on an old age pension and can afford the prices for my glasses.

Dr Sonia is a rare breed, she is simply the best. Proessional, courteous and the service exceeds my high expectations. Her and her team are always exceptional. Highly recommended, i will go nowhere else.

I attended their store today with a problem that I needed fixing and Mary was more than happy to accommodate my request and her resolution to solve the problem was exceptional and went above and beyond to help my wife's problem. She was caring and understanding and was more than happy to fix the problem on the spot. She made us feel we were valuable customers. Highly recommend Mary as a customer service advisor.

I had my eye test and my son's eye test carried out by an amazing optometrist who said that he travels up often from Sydney. I returned a couple of weeks later to select my frames and was helped by a lovely lady by the name of Kellie! So patient while I tried on nearly every pair of frames in store! So helpful and her opinion was very welcomed! Thanks to the entire team.

Excellent customer experience... The crew here are an awesome bunch... The glasses I have 3 pairs .. are always fitted with ease and now I can see properly.
