I don’t normally do reviews but this place and the staff really made my day, especially Ms. Sue (I think that’s her name). Came in 10 minutes before they close on a Sunday hoping to book a glasses fitting, with really no hope that they’ll do it on the spot (no booking and 10 minutes to closing), but they did and it made me really happy. Thank you Ms. Sue for your lovely customer service!

Amazing, friendly staff who go above and beyond to help you! I felt very welcome and genuinely cared for throughout the whole process of getting my glasses. Would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the service at Specsavers this year. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They also had a good range of glasses which helps greatly. 10/10 for this visit.

Highly recommend Eyes@Optometry - Australind. My wife and I have been going there for years and the level of customer service is always top shelf. The fit of my recent glasses was also great, interestingly they have some sort of scanning machine to scan your head to assist the fitting process I think. Either way, their business is always up to date with new ideas and always gives thoughtful service.

Was very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. A shout out to Ash for his exceptional service and assistance with my glasses.

The staff are always cheerful and helpful. Their variety of frames are amazing. I love my new frames.

I recently visited Eyeswest for an eye examination for myself and my two children. It was their first eye test and Janelle and her team were exceptional at putting the children at ease and making them feel as comfortable as possible. They loved the experience! I felt Janelle had so much time to answer all my questions, and really took the time to understand and reassure me over any concerns I had.

I have had to wear glasses from a young age. I discovered Janelle and her team 6 years ago and haven’t looked back. They are nothing short of amazing, and where can I begin about their incredible frames. I love helpful and honest the girls are when choosing a frame and how thorough Janelle is when doing an eye examination. But what I love more is the regular compliments I get on my glasses. I now live interstate and will still continue to support EyesWest when I return for holidays. I don’t trust my eyes with anyone else. I couldn’t not recommend EyesWest enough!

I cannot recommend highly enough the professionalism and expertise shown by all staff at EyesWest. Your service is by far the best that I have ever experienced. Thank you..
