A big thanks to Paul, Emily and the team at the Southwest Foot and Ankle Centre. From my very first contact, everyone was respectful, friendly, welcoming and professional. Their care of me as a patient was exemplary and beyond what I've experienced previously. It is clear the wellbeing of their clients is at the forefront of everything they do at the Centre. Paul explained all the treatment options available to me clearly, without making me feel stupid or patronised. I trust the advice he gave. All my questions (there were many) were answered clearly and quickly. The care provided post surgery was beyond what I've experienced before. Everyone was very kind and caring. The procedure has been successful and I wouldn't hesitate to see Paul and his team again or to recommend them to anyone else who needs treatment for feet. It was nice to be treated as an intelligent person and not just a number.

I am a sport person, over the years I basically ran my feet to there limit, until unable to walk normal as a combination of bone growth, serve tendon issues and riddled with osteoarthritis in both feet. I was lucky enough to be guided to MR Paul Armanasco for consultation and eventually right foot surgery. I found Paul and his staff very professional and experienced. Was and is easy to trust them and feel comfortable. 1 year post surgery and I'm 100% able to function normally. So happy to back on my feet doing all the things I love doing. I highly recommend Paul and his team for any foot/ankle issues. Second to none.

I cannot recommend Paul, Kevin and the team enough! From my very first appointment Paul was understanding and very patient. Everything from pre op to post op was amazing! Thanks to Paul and Kevin I now have a new lease of life. :)

Sarah is a very experienced and capable clinician who would be able service a range of needs to those with complex problems to ongoing routine footcare. A great first port of call for anyone with a foot or lower limb issue.

My first visit today (ingrown toenails), very impressed best service ever. I now have the prettiest feet after following up with a pedicure. Thanks Sarah.

Professional, organised, friendly and on time. This is my third visit to Spencer St. Podiatry. The first two for myself and the most recent for my 11 year old daughter. Lynette's excellent bedside manner made, what could have been a scary experience, into a very easy one for my young daughter. The podiatrist diagnosed and organised treatment quickly and even makes her own orthopaedic inserts onsite which meant we left the appointment with a solution that day! We also received a follow up phone call to check on our progress! Definitely recommend and can't imagine going to anybody else.

Very happy with Lynette's service.Was in so much pain when I went in found it very painful to walk came out feeling much better on first visit.Making progress everyday thanks to Lynette very welcoming and so helpful would recommend her to anyone with feet or ankle issues :)

Visiting Bunbury and had an ingrown toe nail, I neeeeded a Podiatrist asap. Googled for one locally and found Spencer Street Podiatry Clinic. I called and Lynette got me in the same day (within the hour actually) and dealt with the issue extremely professionally and quickly. Lynette is amazing. I would recommend her to ANYONE!!
