Wow spec savers queanbeyan have had a facelift . I always get a little anxious when it's new glasses time but not any more the staff are extremely professional and comforting I loved that the 3 ladies who helped me all had a variance in opinions but help me decide with patience and the best information on what frames were suitable. I was then served by Heidi with great enthusiasm I felt like a guest at spec savers. Thank you everyone .

This is the best place for you to find a perfect glasses. All the staff are nice, friendly and amazing. They are always listen, helping and make sure that you are happy with the glasses. The store have a lot of variety of glasses and delivery as well as pick up are so fast. They are amazing. Thank you so much for your care.

A few weeks ago I accidentally sat on my glasses, bending the frame and popping both lenses out. As I was travelling thru in my caravan it was a must to get them repaired. The lady and gentleman there were extremely kind and my glasses were repaired and cleaned at no cost to me. That is service above and beyond. Thank you. Jerry Cassels.

I got my first reading glasses here and they have been the best glasses I ever invested in bar none. Now I live in Sydney so I did a lot of shopping around in between , both in Canberra and Sydney, but now come back here to get the service I want and need. Nowhere else have I found anything that comes near.

Great service, it was a pleasure going. Great communications and make you feel welcome. Staff are the best well done.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about - personally I had a great appointment with Dr Kunjam (very thorough, which I appreciated) and the staff were friendly. I’d come back again.
