3 Best Parks in Drouin VIC

Wonderful park. The playground is excellent. I have been living in Drouin for 30+ years and remember the previous playground. This one is a VAST improvement. Lots of seats for parents/grandparents to sit too, and great barbecues, just a lovely area. The only thing I would say that needs to be added is to put up some shade sails over some of the playground equipment. There are trees planted close by but it will be a while before they offer any reasonable shade. One of the slides in particular is made of metal, is right in the open, and gets very hot in the summer. A shade sail over it would stop it getting too hot and potentially hurting young skin. Hoping someone from the council will read this and consider. But fantastic place, a real asset to this town. Thank you.

Fantastic park for kids and family’s. It’s has two BBQ’s and large open grassy areas. The play ground every time we have visited is absolutely top tier. They have an amazing little water play area too that my kids love on the hot days. It also has some lovely gardens and lakes to have a nice walk around aswell.

Lovely, clean, well maintained, quiet and peaceful park. Nice little pond with ducks, playground for kids and families, beautiful green hills, gorgeous in the afternoon sun. Plenty of space for the pups to roam and run free. All round excellent location for outdoor activities.

Looking for a fantastic little adventure or picnic, no further this has been the greatest little picnic spot of ours for such a long time. Cute picnic park has barbecues playground and a nice little river area with the kids can come and look and play. Highly recommended on a beautiful weather day . Always very clean and beautiful.

This is a great place to stop by for a BBQ or a picnic with the kids or your friends as it is a very special area with a great Creek and BBQ 's a playground for the kids if you can keep them out of the water which is lovely and clean and babbling. The area is so peaceful and natural beauty is everywhere. Every time I have been there it's been nice and clean as everyone cleans up afterwards and there are bins provided so that you can always clean up after you or take your mess with you and you will find that you can always have a great time.

Went there today to have some morning tea. The park was clean, no rubbish, the toilets were spotless, and although the bins need emptying, it was quite beautiful.

What a little hidden gem this park is!! We've lived in the vicinity for a couple of years and discovered it only now. Great little park which punches above many bigger parks. A lovely tiny lake, innumerable birds, lushly maintained lawn and fantastic trees. A barbecue and joggers path makes it ideal for everyone. Dogs on leash allowed was a big tick for us.

Alex Goudie Native Park, Drouin VIC 3818 30 Min drive from Pakenham. Nice place for picnic with family and friends. Has BBQ area, nice walking path along the lake. Lots of trees with shades, children's play area. A Family day trip will be satisfying.

Beautiful park, playground and reserve. With the "Tree of Nations" with so many country's trees represented and planted with a wooden plaque at the base of each tree made by the local men's shed.
