“Drouin War Memorial is a bronze statue near Drouin's railway station. The war memorial is a statue of a battle-dressed infantryman from Australia. Drouin War Memorial memorialises those who have served in the numerous battles involving Australia. The war memorial was originally erected to commemorate those who died in service or were killed in action during World War II. The Drouin War Memorial consists of two brick pillars with polished grey granite tablets carrying the names of those who served in both World Wars. In 2015, the memorial space was expanded with an upgrade to Memorial Park, including new entrances, pathways, and landscaping.”
