When other chemists in Gladstone couldn't be bothered to help me get in a specialised formula needed for my son, the pharmacist there went above and beyond to get it for me the very next day! He even went the extra mile help me load it all. After over three months of waiting for the places in Gladstone to get stock, I was at my wit's end so let me tell you it made my whole month that someone showed us some kindness and went out of their way to help me and my medically complex baby.
