Just want to say what a delight it was purchasing at this store just a few minutes ago. It was extremely clean and I was served by Johnno. I was very impressed with his attention to detail, customer service, and food handling skill. He expertly greeted me when I entered the store and was able to build a rapport with me as a customer while maintaining a professional practice. This was a mood lifting experience which is something I appreciate as a customer with a busy an stressful life. Definitely an asset to the company. He also informed me of how good his employers were and I responded by saying that it shows because of how friendly all of the staff are at this store and the level of cleanliness that is always present at this location.

Tyi’s customer service was exceptional. Haven’t had my meal yet but I am sure it will be outstanding. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

The service here was outstanding. I was on my work break from up the street (I only get 10 minutes) and I asked the server how long it would be because of that. She asked the kitchen and the got it out to me straight away. I really appreciated it. All the staff are generally so nice and the food is fabulous. Thank you.

I have been there twice and every time I’ve had the best breakfast ever. The carrot cake was amazing and also the fruit toast served with butter and homemade jam was absolutely delicious. The staff is always very nice and friendly.

Visited 13/8 & had coffees and scones. Coffees were great and the scones were rustic and fluffy with really nice homemade jam. 10/10.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating of us not knowing anything about the menu, and Charmaine was very helpful with our big order, and gave good suggestions.

My subs from here were so tasty, the service was brilliant, and the store was incredibly clean! Highly recommend this store!!
