I had a fantastic experience here recently. Came in with really overdue tired hair from adjusting to the Alice Springs climate and the hairdresser I had (her name escapes me) did a fantastic job with product recommendations and advice for taking care of my hair. I left with results far better than I thought were achievable and products I am loving. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing, can't wait to come back.

Spent a couple weeks asking around and everyone said Mombasa. Was in Need of a haircut. The staff were absolutely amazing. Leanne was great. Heard Jean is as well! Schedule your appointments well in advance. There's a reason they are booked up. Oh and their free beverages are a huge plus. Returning customer here.

I love the service I receive at Mombasa every time. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly and it’s such a relaxing environment. I will continue to recommend Mombasa to everyone I know.

Facial with Micro - I had never been to the clinic before and was only passing through.. I could only do Friday and even though they were fully booked, the girls worked out a way to fit me in. I am so happy with the experience. It was beautiful and so relaxing (one of the best facials i have ever had) Only negative was that i did not want the facial to end. Highly recommend.

Navi provides a fantastic experience at Beaute on The Mall. Have seen great results with laser with her from only a few sessions. Is always kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

So impressed with service! My skin is looking and feeling so much better after one treatment and the massage made me feel so relaxed. Will definitely be back again!

Susan was lovely today took really good care of me. It was my birthday and I had been spoilt by a friend and treated to getting a mini manicure and a lovely pedicure and it was all wonderful and relaxing can highly recommend it.

Great massages. Love the aromatherapy versions. They adjust the pressure based on your likes/dislikes with no problems. I like how the massage table and blankets are always so toasty warm.

Clean facilities and staff were very accommodating especially Marion from the spa.
