3 Best Steakhouses in Wagga Wagga NSW

Lovely location, ambience, food and service. Went for an easy dinner while in town and was thoroughly impressed with the venue for a Monday night. Food was tasty and a good serving size (there could have been a few more chips with the burger to be honest), and the service was good. The seating outside was nicely laid out without too much background music to try and talk over. Overall a nice experience and will go back.

If you wanna try the best burger ever, that’s the place. Aldo try butter chicken, that was great.

I stayed in the hotel across the road and the restaurant looked very nice and busy, so I decided to have dinner there. Beautiful dinner, big portion, very tasty, try their specials! Very good wine as well and nicely priced (spending is just high because I drunk too much of their lovely wine). The staff if super friendly and they have a nice outdoor area. Definitely recommend this place.

One of the best steaks I tried. We drove through this town and decided to dine in this place on the Monday. The steak was divine and very affordable. It was way better than the expensive ones we tried in Canberra. Th staff were very friendly and accommodating. I believe this place is iconic. The folks were also smiley. We waited a bit but it was worth it. I will definitely visit this place again.

All the staff were friendly and helpful . They make great cocktails. Food is delicious. If I had to pick on something I'd say to have better prizes for trivia. Love The Riv atmosphere.

First stop in Wagga Wagga. Was slightly confused by the rugby and footy on the tvs. Please for the love of God will someone tell me what sport they play in NSW. Food was good. Steak was a bit fatty and didn’t come with a sauce. No one dropped their pants to eagle rock, you call yourself rural.

The service was excellent - welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. We loved the shared menu for our group, the long table next to the wine cellar and the wine list. Our Meat Platters were cooked perfectly and the sides were a big hit, especially the chips. It's worth mentioning that the pastry chef also holds their own against the grill chefs - superb desserts. Highly recommend Hide and will be back.

Great place with amazing food and atmosphere. Honestly haven't had a better steak at much larger steakhouses, the bistecca Alla Fiorentina is a must have, very different and special. Sides and entrees also very nice. Drinks were creative and good.

From beginning to end, the entire experience was phenomenal. We were greeted and served by amazing waitstaff throughout. The food was absolutely divine, the beef cheek fell apart it was so tender, the steak was easily sliced with a butter knife, the tapas selection was to die for! The cocktail selection was excellent also. We'll definitely be back.
