Wise words from an Asian who craves Asian cuisine daily: Wara Sushi is hands down a must-visit spot in Bundaberg! Without a doubt, it’s the best sushi place in town! The sushi is always fresh and delicious. Kudos to the staff (Lester) for being super friendly and helpful, making every visit a great experience. Highly recommend.

I have put in a disgusting amount of money to this place. But for good reason. The sushi is fresh, the ordered dishes are cooked efficiently, and the consistency of each experience being exceptional has really solidified this place as the best sushi in Bundaberg. Special mention to Lester for his consistent friendly customer service. We definitely will be back.

The sushi is consistently fresh, beautifully presented, and there’s always a wide variety rolling past on the belt — from classics like salmon nigiri to creative rolls and tasty desserts. The staff are friendly, attentive, and quick to top up drinks or take special orders. Everything is clean, well-organised, and the atmosphere is casual but welcoming. It’s the perfect spot for a quick lunch, a family dinner, or even a solo treat. Highly recommend.

We ordered crispy andhoney chicken, crab salad, California and tempura prawn. The sushi rolls tasted so delicious! Staff are very friendly and welcoming! Would definitely come back to try for other sushi.
