Great hygiene, wonderful place to shop in, Christmas decorations are great, just the right amount and not overstocked with the decorations. Staff are genuinely helpful and welcoming, price is good for the quality of products sold here. Today it was for Christmas goodies. 2 Christmas themed cupcakes and rum balls, who could resist heh heh not me.

Fantastic service when I had another place cancel on me. The person working on Sunday morning made us a pavlova in a very short time and my Mum said it was one of the best she has ever had. Thanks so much for helping us out with such short notice. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

Ordered a fancy cake online in advance in readiness for a celebration. Picked up the cake and it was exactly like the photo online - boxed beautifully for transportation and tasted bloody sensational! All my guests who had a piece of the cake could not compliment it enough. Thank you so much!!!

I lost the battle of "there's food at home!" vs. "but there's a bakery across the road!"; and I don't regret it for a second. I bought a tomato & cheese pie, and small custard tart; and they were both really refreshing and delicious! The pie was unique to flavours I usually see around, and the fresh pieces of tomato really made it pop; and the custard tart was like eating a loving hug. I think it's the best bakery food I've had, come to think of it; and the prices are good, too, and definitely worth what you get. It was busy, and a lot of the pies & desserts were sold out; but that's how you know it's worth going to! 10/10, I'll definitely be popping in for a cheeky snack more regularly!

Cake Genie recently did our wedding cake. We couldn't be happier, she made it exactly as we pictured and we got compliments all night on how it looked like it was fake because it was perfect. Genie delivered the cake all the way to Childers for our ceremony, which saved us a lot of trouble. Most importantly the cake tasted amazing. We had fondant on the whole cake, which I'm usually not a fan of but we went with it for the look, and even the fondant tasted amazing and didn't overpower the cake at all. Our venue chef tried a piece and said it was the best wedding cake he's ever had.

I sent some pics of what I was looking for with a black and white theme with red roses. The result was simple but awesome. The roses were made from sugar. The cake was delicious and was delivered to the venue. Highly recommend Cake Genie.

Short notice, she made the most beautiful cake I've ever seen. She had a diagram of how to cut it. She emailed me instructions for taking care of the cake and how to find her business. She was wonderful. And the cake is to die for. THANK YOU! - Brenda M Reply
