My partner and I have had a fantastic experience with Flight Centre Gladstone, but more specifically with Bianca. Bianca has been incredible since we first stumbled in when we were anticipating to just chat and then possibly book our travels with our families travel agent. Bianca was so incredibly helpful and understanding that we decided to book our whole 7 month trip through her. Tack on to all of that the fact that my partner and I are very unorganised and had not even booked anything or understood where we wanted to go two weeks before we were supposed leave. Bianca has been the calm in the storm for us and has literally put the best plan together while providing recommendations and support for our many questions. I don’t think I am ever going to book a trip myself again, I’ll just go straight to Bianca.

Thankyou so much Bianca, outstanding work, my girl arrives for xmas, such a tough time during covid restrictions to manage flights sucessfully, she did it, so thankyou so so much, very happy with the service from this branch, outstanding effort, even follow up courtesy calls to ensure flights went well when cancelled, exactly the service i was looking for, money well spent, couldnt be happier, definitely continue to allow flight centre Gladstone to arrange my flights in future. Well done girls.
