My travel companion lives in Perth WA and I am in the UK therefore our Vietnam trip for me was 100% communication by email and face to face for my friend. Beth was exceptionally helpful and friendly and was always super quick to reply to any questions I had from planning to updates. Do yourselves a favour and get onboard with the team (Joanna is highly recommended) to sort your next trip. Take the stress out of airlines shanking your flights several hours before 24 hour flight. Let them chase up the best deals, just relax and know the hard work is being done for you. This year alone, Joanna has planned, organised and booked for me to see 3 countries. First time bought airfares and booked apartment together and all went well. We never have any issues when we arrived to our destination. All went smooth and no troublesome. We will book for our holiday again with flightcentre. Hannah is lovely and kind friendly to customer we like her.

I would highly recommend Jennie and her team to anyone. The team took a huge weight off my mind managing my travel through the incredibly challenging circumstances that are currently in place with Covid. I’m sat here in quarantine, I had no bumps, no cancellations, and got back with a breeze. They also provide a very fair price. The team provided me with up-to-date information regarding my travel, navigated me through the various forms needed, and were on hand for any questions. THANK YOU.

With the travel ban for leaving Australia and the flights caps for getting back I didn't think I would be able to get home to Scotland and be with my family when I needed to, but Jennie made this possible. Absolutely Brilliant. Professional, responsive, solution oriented, calm, friendly...the list goes on. I am so grateful to them for their help and support in getting me home to Perth when I was stuck in Dubai because my flights (booked by a different travel agent) were not valid for travel. And by some miracle, British Travel were able to get me on a flight within hours! I am currently writing this review from Perth hotel quarantine. Loved my experience at AM Holiday Travel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and everything was of top standard. They are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel comfortable. They answered all my questions and helped me with travel insurance, hotel booking and visa to make sure that’s my family and I ready for the trip.
