I went to Health Management Dietitians Cairns, for support and guidance on losing a stubborn 5-7 kilos which I have been struggling to get rid of. Mitch has provided me with a eating plan and exercise program to follow and I feel confident that this will be achievable. Mitch has great knowledge, non judgemental and very supportive.
