I saw michele who made me feel so comfy i just opened up to her she was so down to earth she made me a cuppa i felt like i was at a coffee shop with a friend very relaxing easy to chat with before i knew it my hour was up so i rebooked straight away i walked out if that appointnent feeling refreshed very relaxed and a smile from ear to ear.

Above and beyond, Fiona provides truly exceptional service. Her empathy, compassion, skills and understanding are what set her apart. Not only has she deeply assisted me in times of struggle and personal crisis when I needed it most, she has been instrumental in providing me the understanding of how I work mentally: this has impacted me greatly and lead me to take upon positive change. I personally cannot recommend Fiona enough. I am in debt to her and know she is always a phone call away, where she will listen and provide unconditional support. Fiona has been the most supportive therapist I have ever had, always being honest and supportive and encouraging. I've never felt like I have ever received support the way I have from her sessions as they have really helped progress in my life and further develop skills like setting boundaries, prioritising my health and being mindful. An incredible support and highly recommend.

What a breath of fresh air it was to be able comfortably be heard without the overly clinical feel. Fiona was great at making myself and my daughter feel supported. She went above a beyond to be there for us. Highly recommend especially for teens or if you are hesitant about speaking to someone.
