I called Architech Windows right before closing time on a cold and extremely windy afternoon when I noticed my sliding door wasn't closing properly. It had been giving me grief for 2 years but had never been impossible to close/lock. I had no idea who the supplier or installer was for my windows and doors was as the previous owner had them installed. Architech weren't the supplier - it seems they'd been ordered from overseas - but Jason came to my house on his way home from work to have a look. It's not the kind of door that Architech supply but, with a bit of tinkering, he got the job done and didn't even charge me for it. Truly a uPVC door whisperer! I am extremely grateful! Hows the house after a month later? really quiet and the outside sounds have been reduced by 50% at least. not to mention the heater only comes on once or twice during the night, compared to every 20 minutes. Highly recommend and cant praise Architect Windows enough.

We recently had all of our old aluminium windows replaced by Architech and not only do they look a hundred times better, they help hugely with insulation and keeping the house an even temperature. The process was made easy by good communication and planning and the actual installation work was top class. The whole team was courteous and professional and any issues were resolved immediately, I could not recommend them more highly.

Jason and his team were a pleasure to work with. We replaced all of the windows and doors in our 36 year old home and are thrilled with the result. We were kept informed of the schedule at all times and Harvey and his team worked long hours to ensure our windows were finished to a very high standard. Having workmen in your home for a week was made so much easier by their polite easy nature. I have no hesitation in recommending Architech windows to all of my friends.

Architect Windows replaced all the windows in our 1975 home with white pvc double glazed windows & a sliding door. Could not be more impressed with all staff. i had 2 bedroom windows and a Bathroom window replaced due to issues with the originals during CoVid. The initial stage of getting a quote was simple enough, waiting for the delivery and installation was a slight problem mostly due to Covid factors delaying everything. only real problem i had was the guys who installed the new windows were a bit rough removing the old windows from the cement/brick frame foundation which caused holes and cracks which showed profoundly upon installation of the new windows. They were open to assisting me fixing this and render the framed foundation to the original state. So the framing around the windows look perfect. The manager had been made aware of this and had offer a discount on the final payment for the extra work that i had put in and also because of the delay. I only review now to prove after the test of time, even though there were a few setbacks, the quality of the windows that is still perfect. Reduced sound from neighbours, smooth sliding, secure. Highly recommended when a business accepts responsibility and is helpful in assisting whenever they can.

Outstanding service starting from customer service Michelle, to Tracy, production team and installation team. Michelle was just a great help and made sure all details were checked thoroughly prior to production. It gave us that peace of mind being an owner builder. Installation was executed so carefully and with high professionalism from Tom and his team. Quality of the windows and sliding doors: FANTASTIC! Although it has been busy with building our house I had to make sure to find a spare 3 minutes for this review as definitely this company has been absolutely a delight to deal with!

Hi, I just want to say what a positive experience I had with Monaro Windows. It was a difficult job replacing old French doors with heavy, large double glazed sliding doors on the second floor. The attention to detail giving a neat finish inside and out was excellent. The tradesmen were polite and left the job neat and tidy and I really appreciated their “can do” attitude!

We are very happy with the service we received from Yu and Windotek. It took 3 days to replace all the windows and a large sliding door. The new frames are sturdy and have a modern look. The double glazing creates a quieter and more temperate environment that is definitely worth the investment. I also want to give a shout out to the installers who did a fantastic job leaving the site clean and they were very careful not to damage our furniture. I can easily recommend their service to anyone.

Windotek were good to deal with from when they first visited our home to provide a quote. We were very satisfied with their workmanship, timeliness and value for money. Windowtek replaced all windows and doors on our 25 year old brick home and did a fault-less job. Yu Tee was exceptionally helpful in assisting with design decisions and explaining the various options available. There has been an immediate reduction in air leakage and noise, and they look great too.
