COAST YOGA REVIEWS
I started with Coast Yoga many years ago (in back care) and find it makes a massive difference to my week - I feel more relaxed, my back and neck are freer and I have take time to focus on nothing but being there at the time. Leonie and Vanessa take great care of their clients and make us all feel looked after (physically) and care for (mentally). I recommend Coast Yoga.
I would highly recommend Coast Yoga Studio to anyone. The teachers are knowledgeable about the yoga practice and human body and they use that knowledge to ensure you do your poses correctly. Individual attention and focus on correct alignment are commendable. Over last two years at Coast Yoga I had a pleasure to attend classes with many yoga teachers and all of them were professional, helpful and dedicated. It is not just to teach yoga, it is to live it, and this is what I have observed at Coast Yoga.
Really friendly yoga studio. Knowledgable staff, a great choice of classes. Would recommend.

ADELAIDE YOGA FLOW REVIEWS
Nothing beats a class with Adelaide Yoga Flow. The instructors are friendly, articulate and non-judgemental, and each have the ability to create a safe, peaceful space to practice. I’ve been coming to Adelaide Yoga Flow for over four years, and Sam and Dan have done a wonderful job at creating a relaxed, fun atmosphere that will have you floating out the door each and every time. Love your work guys and girls.
Booked and paid for a class seven hours in advance, turned up and the door was locked and the phone was on voicemail with instructions to email them if your enquiry is urgent — plus no answer after knocking for six minutes. I would not trust booking classes with this studio. Their profile on the MINDBODY App says they have parking but they do not, all around kinda dodgy. Better studios I can recommend would be Yoga Theory or Human.Kind before trusting your time and money here.
This is a beautiful large open space to practice in. The teachers are highly committed to the practice of yoga and classes are creative and varied. Many to choose from each day. I love the early morning flow classes to set me up for the day. Love this school.
