I survived Michaela's Barre class yesterday, it was awesome! A fantastic workout for the whole body & Michaela explained & demonstrated the moves so I didn't fall on my face! Give it a go guys.

Ingrid is one of life's treasures! Skilled, sensitive and tremendously funny, she is so well equipped to deliver on her offering. Her intimate, but well equipped studio is a pleasure to be in. coming to classes is genuinely the highlight of my week.

Returning to my Yoga practice has been an absolute Joy - pardon the pun! Joy has created a welcoming, inclusive space and her eye for the extra details elevates the whole experience. Her expertise and ability to cater each class to varying levels is spot on. I am loving going to yoga 4 times a week and am regularly encouraged to listen to MY body - thank you Joy.

I’ve just had the pleasure of attending Emma’s one week Bali retreat. It was a lovely mix of yoga, relaxation and fun. I really enjoyed having plenty of free time to enjoy additional pampering from the little local businesses nearby. The retreat was good value for money as it includes all accommodation, breakfasts and lunches. The villa accommodation was perfect…everyone had their own large bedroom and bathroom. For a yoga novice the level/duration of each daily session was ideal…enough to extend my ability without feeling over-stretched. The location of the villa is great…away from the hectic hustle and bustle of the tourist strips, but with adequate (and delicious) dining options nearby. Getting a shopping fix was easily done via a quick cab ride to “downtown” Seminyak. Highly recommend this retreat.

Emma’s Bali yoga retreat gives you a unique experience. You have the opportunity to combine regular, gentle exercise with heaps of relaxation in a beautiful setting, away from the business of everyday life. I feel re-energised and refreshed - thank you so much Emma.

What a wonderful relaxing week with Emma. Stress and planning all done for us so we could just unwind and enjoy. Emma’s style of yoga is inclusive of everyone’s level of ability and her gentle presence was encouraging and informative. Highly recommend this retreat in Bali.
