We have used Claire Camins for a number of bucket list trips in the last 3 years and her professionalism is second to none. We had super service from first Pene then Rohan. Pene was very patient and tried to find the best options for us to go to Canada. Rohan joined the conversations yesterday and gave good advice supporting what Pene told us. Rohan finalized the travel documents today and organized the payment. Comprehensive process.

These guys absolutely saved me in a situation where an airline messed up. I will always book through them. It is not worth the risk of booking it independently. I would have lost my flight if it wasn’t for the help of the staff here.

Karen arranged our trip to Singapore, the UK and Europe for us. She put together a very well thought out itinerary which included everything that we wanted to do. Karen kept us informed all the way about how the planning process was going and cheerfully made adaptations where we requested them. Without Karen, we would not have had as much fun as we did on our trip and we would highly recommend her to everyone wanting to go traveling.

Kelly was incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. We made our booking with no fuss at all and she also found us a great deal, saving us a few hundred dollars! Highly recommend - customer service at its finest.
