Absolutely love Absolute yoga, especially love the hot yoga classes as we live in such a cold town. Offers Hatha, Hot, Yin and Pilates. Love the slow yoga but then also love the little challenges some of the teachers add in. Great yoga teachers, I don't want to single any out as they all have unique differences that I enjoy but a couple are truely amazing humans and I just wish that I could do more of their classes. I now have changed my routine just to fit them in. Warm and welcoming, if you are after a great studio this is the one to go to. Good close by free parking. Love this studio.

Absolute Yoga & Pilates is absolutely the best studio around. Love the teachers, flexiable timetable and have just sampled my first online class! LOVE IT! what a fantastic idea for school holidays and those tricky times you can’t get to the studio! It has been a joy to see this business grow into a success and remain humble to its clientele. Nothing is ever too much trouble and Tracey is a knowledgeable and talented teacher.

Gorgeous environment and a great hot yoga class. My partner and I felt so welcomed and Tracey’s teaching style is beautiful.

I think the teachers are very professional & well trained. They give individualised attention to those with health issues. I feel well supported & my health & well being is improving.

Love going to Ballarat Iyengar Yoga. Kara is calming, patient and helpful. Even for beginners like me its a challenge but i always feel good afterwards.

We are SO lucky to have Jackie and her colleagues in Ballarat. Whatever your needs or level, there is a class and a teacher to suit. I love Michaela's Yin classes for total chilling out and slow stretches. And Sophie's Hatha class is a perfect balance of mind/body work, as she introduces some yoga concepts into her classes. All the teachers are great and Jackie's positive personality permeates the place. Great room to practice too.

Jackie Allen yoga is fantastic. The studio has a brilliant vibe, and Jackie and the other teachers are calm, highly skilled and just lovely. Can't recommend this studio enough.
