Can’t express how thankful I am having Marianne as my driving instructor! I’m a first time driver with no experience at all before. She has patience of a saint and encouraging! I was extremely nervous when i started driving but Marianne knows how to start with baby steps. What I loved the most is she gave me clear directions with pointing every time and she was so soft-spoken which makes the whole driving experience relaxing! I really appreciated she sent me videos of how to manoeuvre the car and parking!! She didn’t mind me sending her messages of clarifying rules and skills. She gave me feedback and wrote on her whiteboard to show me how to determine the right time to drive in a roundabout! She is soooo experienced and humorous too!

What a truly wonderful experience it was to learn with Marianne. Over a short number of lessons, she brought out a confidence in me I didn’t know I had. Lessons felt relaxed but effective, and i was able to improve my abilities behind the wheel and subsequently pass the driving test with full faith in my abilities. Couldn’t have done it without her.

Gavin was both my daughters driving instructor and they both got their license on their first attempt. He is extremely patient , enthusiastic , very knowledgeable and has a caring approach towards his students. I highly recommend Gavin from crossroads , you won’t be disappointed.

Mum of teen daughter who got her P’s first try with manual. Gavin was such a terrific and calm communicator- and very patient and responsive to a few of my nervous calls/texts. Gave me great tips to further support lessons. He is clearly focused on teaching long term road safety skills for the learner. Also super across current Vic rd rules and great, practical ways to embed that in the learner. Yeah and thanks Gavin!!!.

Gavin is a great driving instructor and has helped me improve my driving skills. Tania is an absolutely amazing driving instructor. Relaxed and focussed, gave me the exact instruction and corrections that I needed and such a lovely person to chat to! Her method for reverse parallel parks is so easy and it is the reason I smashed it in my test today. Couldn’t have passed without you!!

Tania is extremely knowledgeable of all the Ballarat roads that are assessed and teaches so many tips and tricks that helped me successfully pass my driving test on my first try. She is also super friendly and really calmed down my nerves before my test.
