Joining Shala Yoga has been the best thing I've done for my physical and mental health this decade. With so many varieties of class, consistently exceptional teachers and a gorgeous space to practice, I'm in heaven every time I go. It's been deeply satisfying to feel stronger and more peaceful after five months of practice. I am very grateful to be a member. Thank you Team Shala.

Shala yoga is the most beautiful inviting space and has amazing and patient instructors. If you're reading this because you are looking for a yoga studio in Bunbury, I highly recommend getting a trial membership! If you're completely new to yoga, the Wednesday night "Begin" class with Mars is great for learning all things yoga and getting the basics covered. There's so many different classes on offer though, highly recommend giving it a go.

I came to do some yoga on my holiday. The space and people are lovely. The instructors are fantastic and made me feel welcome ! I’ll definitely be back.

Kerry @ Yoga Life Studio has the most beautiful energy, you feel welcome and relaxed from the moment you enter. Kerry manages to make everyone feel equal no matter what level everyone is at or injuries they may have. Kerry always works the room, making sure to help everyone with alternative poses or props to help. The meditation at the end of class is the most perfect way to end the class. You leave feeling stretched, relaxed, rejuvenated and calm and ready for what's ahead for the rest of your day. Kerry is so very genuine, caring and amazing at what she does.

Yoga Life Studio is superb! Kerry and her team of instructors combine the perfect mix of spiritual and physical well-being in their practice. Five star studio.

As the visionary for Yoga Life Studio, Kerry has a beautiful, deep connection to the divine, that is awe inspiring and wonderful to be around.

The Happy Mat is a beautiful space to practise yoga. Deb is a wonderful teacher who has created a warm, friendly space for you to explore and expand your yoga practice. The price for classes is also very affordable. I highly recommend the Happy Mat.

The happy mats main teacher, Deb, is excellent. So knowledgeable, but not so serious she can't crack a joke! Very accessible and welcoming to all levels. Feel very comfortable in her classes.
