I honestly cannot fault our whole experience with O & W Designs. From the demo, through to the tiling, plumbing, electrical; every single tradesman was so respectful and professional. Its very obvious Ollie and Whitney have taken time to hand pick their trades people to ensure their customers have the best experience and end up with a high quality finish. We wanted a company to deliver a beautiful bathroom renovation from start to finish without us having to lift a finger and that’s exactly what we got. We always knew what was up next and who to expect the following day which I really appreciated especially with a toddler running around. Ollie was always happy to work around us and our schedule and everything seemed to go very smoothly, not to mention fast. My favourite part was spending time with Whitney at Armanti picking out the tiles and finishes :) Whitney even helped me with interior decor advice all while navigating a new born baby. Thank you so much Ollie, Whitney and all your fantastic tradesmen, we are so happy.
