I am in love with yoga thanks to Upstate studios. I decided to give hot yoga a go, and boy do I love it! I have thoroughly enjoyed the calming and peaceful nature of yoga and the unique way it makes my body feel. I highly recommend Upstate and Hot Power Flow in particular.

Love upstate yoga! Wonderful teachers, beautiful warm space and a variety of classes that are perfect for any level of experience. Highly recommend their classes, look forward to take many classes on a weekly basis.

Fantastic studio for yoga! Very happy with how organised everything is and how friendly the teachers are. Great instruction throughout the yoga class too.

Absolutely love this yoga studio. Amazing classes in an open, welcoming, nonjudgmental and accepting environment. All the teachers are lovely and even the people attending practices here are lovely. I feel completely comfortable in these classes and have really been able to feel the benefits that yoga brings physically, mentally and spiritually.

Such a gorgeous studio with incredible instructors. Everyone is welcoming and kind with so much knowledge and passion for yoga!! Couldn’t recommend more.

A lovely atmosphere with many classes to choose from and varied options to suit where you are in your journey. All the instructors are very welcoming and encourage you to challenge yourself wherever possible. The studio is inviting and always presentable. Their booking system is easy to use as well. I really enjoy each class and look forward to the next one.

Love the atmosphere of the studio! From the moment I step in, I feel at ease. The studio's peaceful ambiance, coupled with expert instructors and varied classes! The community is warm and supportive, making it perfect for all levels. Can't recommend it enough.

I love Ebb and Flow studio, it’s super inclusive and such a beautiful space. You just get to show up how you are! The heated yoga room and the small group reformer room are both so glorious to be in. Everyone welcomes you with a friendly smile and conversation and I love how expert all the teachers are. Best place ever.

Such a comfortable and relaxing place to explore all kinds of yoga. I have surprised myself with what is possible with their encouragement and support. Feeling more open, free and ready for whatever happens next.
