We wanted to add a Norwegian cruise at the last minute. Teniesha at Travel Associates was brilliant. She found us a great deal and catered for every individual request we had. She seamlessly linked our cruise to pre-existing flights, bookings etc. her attention to detail and clarity of instructions was brilliant. From organising transfers, to porterage and more we had the most wonderful holiday imaginable. Even when a glitch appeared mid holiday, Teniesha sorted it immediately and communicated with us so effectively we didn’t even notice. I cannot recommend Travel Associates highly enough. They will definitely have our business from now on.

Would definitely recommend Travel Associates Geelong. Ebony helped us book a wonderful trip which included a river cruise, flights and hotel bookings. Our flights were changed a couple of times and this was handled perfectly. Will definitely be getting Ebony and Travel Associates to help us with trips in the future.

Jess Kennedy has been my consultant numerous times now and I highly recommend her. She goes above and beyond just like you're family or her bestie. Alby from Helloworld Geelong helped me plan a trip to New Zealand. He listened to our preferences, didn't push anything we didn't want, researched things he didn't have immediately available, and made the booking process smooth, stress-free, and within our budget. We were very happy with most of the hotels we stayed at, instructions were clear (e.g. things we needed to confirm closer to the date) and we had absolutely no issues redeeming bookings for experiences.
