Since first stepping out of my comfort zone 3 years ago and first attempting yoga at 46, Severines knowledge and passion in her skill and helping everyone, being me or the most experienced yogis achieve their very best out of every class workshop or retreat. My pain levels are way down, my maneuverability is much more fluid and I have learnt breathing techniques to assist in many day to day ailments of life from sleep, stress, cooling or just good old fashioned meditation. For anyone who has not done yoga massage yet, DO IT!!! Since sev has been doing her Yoga massage for me no more chiropractors or acupuncture and I can actually turn my neck again! It’s AMAZING I can not recommend Severine Sanctuary enough, seriously trust me on this.

Severine is welcoming and friendly. She listens well to the needs of her clients and students and excels at supporting them on their wellness journey.
